If your Schedule of Values (SOV) is in a format like Excel, CSV, or PDF, we can convert it for you and clean it in the process. Once uploaded, you can edit it directly in the preview textarea before running the analysis.

Severe weather and violent crime alerts are fetched for the past week (7 days) to focus on recent, actionable risks in this prototype. In practice, we store them for the length of the policy (and subsequent renewals). Sanction alerts are based on current lists and do not have a time-based filter, as they represent ongoing restrictions.

This dashboard is a prototype and not yet available as a public API. However, we will be rolling out an API in due course.

Currently, this prototype focuses on commercial property portfolios. We are exploring expansions to other specialty lines like marine, energy, or cyber. Contact us for custom development or pilots.

In full underwriting processes, clauses and subjectivities are essential for tailoring coverage. This prototype does not incorporate them yet, but future versions will integrate policy wording analysis for more comprehensive risk assessment.

The Total Alerted Exposure is the sum of (policy limit - deductible) for all unique policies flagged by any alert (weather, sanctions, or crime). It represents the net exposure at risk, excluding deductibles.
